Services will be delivered remotely unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

 

 Booking and Availability

  • • All services are subject to availability and are booked in advance where possible.
  • • ZR Virtual Services operates flexibly and includes within/out of normal working days and hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). Any specific working days/times required need to be placed in writing and agreed before any work is carried out.

  • • Urgent requests or work outside regular hours may incur additional fees and are subject to availability

 

Payment Terms

 

  • • Services are billed as agreed upon prior to commencement — either hourly, retainer, or per-project basis.
  • • Invoices are issued upon completion of instructions given and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.

 

 

Confidentiality

ZR Virtual Support respects your privacy and confidentiality.

 

  •  All sensitive and personal information shared with us will remain strictly confidential.
  •  We will not share, disclose, or use your information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services.
  •  Upon termination of services, any confidential information will be securely deleted at your request.

 

Communication

 

  • Our primary communication channels are email and agreed instant messaging platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp).
  • We aim to respond to all messages within 48 hours.

 

 Amendments and Cancellations

 

  • Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
  • For Retainer packages, cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee (£300).
  • Ad-Hoc and Fixed Fee Agreements require  [10] days’ notice for termination.

 

 Limitation of Liability

  • ZR Virtual Support will perform services to the best of our ability and skill.
  • ZR Virtual Support is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

 

 Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of [7] days.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

 

Acceptance of Terms

 

By engaging ZR Virtual Support, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Business.
